Baseball has shaped much of my life — as a recruiting coordinator, coach, evaluator, mentor, and leader. Over the last decade, I've worked inside college baseball programs, helped build championship-level teams, and helped student-athletes navigate the recruiting process from both sides of the table.

What I noticed over and over again was the same thing: Good families. Talented players. No real recruiting plan. Parents spending thousands on showcases without understanding what actually matters. Players contacting coaches with no strategy behind it. Families chasing the wrong schools because nobody was giving them honest direction.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to evaluate players, communicate with college coaches across the country, and help student-athletes find opportunities at every level of college baseball. That experience has given me a unique perspective on what college coaches are actually looking for and how families can navigate the recruiting process more effectively.

The reality is that recruiting has become increasingly complicated. There is more information, more events, more technology, and more opinions than ever before. Families are often left trying to make major decisions without a clear roadmap. That's where I believe I can provide value.

I genuinely enjoy working with players and families throughout this journey. Every player has a different story, different goals, and a different path. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping families gain clarity, confidence, and direction while building a plan that aligns with the athlete's abilities, academic goals, and long-term aspirations.
